Emma Rose Kenney is an American actor from the United States. She played Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher in Shameless in the year 2011 to 2021. Harris Conner Healy was her character on the 10th season of Roseanne and the spinoff The Conners. Kenney was born on September 14, 1999 in New York City. Kevin Kenney (a sports writer previously from The New York Post) and Gillian Kenney (a criminal defence lawyer) is her mother. Emma Kenney was born in the same city as Emmy Rossum. Kenney is 19 years old and was born in Manhattan. On the Showtime TV hit Shameless she is Debbie's teenager daughter. Although her birthplace was in Manhattan, Kenney was able to spend the bulk of her early years in Garden State. Kenney is likewise famous for her character as Darlene's (Sara Gilbert) daughter Harris in the Roseanne revival.
