Tracy Spiridakos has been nominated as the Best Actress on TV for the post-apocalyptic science-fiction show on NBC called Revolution. Spiridakos is a native of Winnipeg in Manitoba, was born to Greek parents. At the age of four, her family relocated from Canada and moved to Skala in Greece. It was close to Sparta. They returned after she reached the age of nine. She's very pleased with her Greek origins and is able to speak easily Greek. In 2000 she was a graduate of Oak Park High School. Spiridakos made the move to Vancouver BC in 2007, and started acting. In just a few weeks she landed her first TV role: A small part on Supernatural. In 2009 she scored her first lead role on a television show on Majority Rules! She debuted in a major movie, Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011), along with Donal Logue and Katie Cassidy.
