  Jacques Bermon Webster II, born April 30, 1991, is better popularly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) is the American artist, singer, and songwriter. The stage name he uses is the namesake of his favorite uncle, paired with the name of one of his idols, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).In 2012, Scott signed his first major-label contract with Epic Records and a publishing agreement with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint record agreement with Epic Records and T.I. He signed a joint recording contract with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's debut album, Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in 2013. The mixtape was followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) Rodeo, his debut album on the studio, featured the hit single "Antidote". The album that followed entitled Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first album to top the charts on the Billboard 200. In the next year, Scott released a collaborative album with Quavo titled Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the band name Huncho Jack.In 2018 his third album, Astroworld, was released to acclaim from critics and also produced his debut Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). In the latter part of 2019, Scott's record label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys which debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. His track, "Franchise", featuring Young Thug (featuring M.I.A. ), was released. Scott was the first artist on The Hot 100 to have three songs make it to the top of the charts within the span of a year.
